RAVINGS - Dangerous to lean out

The Ravings started in 1987, formed by ex-Lanciafiamme's drummer and now SMMC's drummer Tetano, ex-U.N.S. bass player and now SMMC's guitarist Angelo, the two guitarists Tim & Tom and vocalist Gigi Corsi. They recorded two LP's in 1988 and 1989, "Anti-nature will" and "Deadlock". They toured Europe two times backing False prophets and M.D.C. then they split in 1990.

MUMBLERS - WE GOT THE RIGHT

The short story of Mumblers is marked by an unlucky star, due to their partecipation at the Arezzo Wave festival in 1989, one of the most important events for indie bands in Italy. After thei show they were contacted by an indie records producer for signing and the band started to work for the songs that had to be on their album. Unfortunately during the session the guitarist Massimo Carmignati died by an incurable disease and the drummer Giordano Citi contemporarily was recovered for a Hodgkin Lymphoma. He is still alive and well, at least. The band, obviously, ceased all the activities in 1990. The other members were Andrè Baroni on bass, Michele Macera on lead guitar and the now SMMC's vocalist Ilari.

U.N.S. - Memory blank

U.N.S. (urla nel silenzio) were a band based in Livorno, Italy formed in 1984 and their career lasted until 1987. The band features SMMC's guitarist Angelo on bass with Fabio Galeazzi on drums, Alessandro Paolucci on guitar and Luca Balzano on vocals. This is one of the three songs recorded by the band in their 4-years career during the season of Granducato Hardcore.
